This study aimed to investigate the effects of nursing students' awareness of environmental risks on their perception and behavior regarding climate change and health. The study participants were 133 students enrolled in the Department of Nursing at C University, who consented to participate in the survey. Data were collected via an online survey from April 1 to 15, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 25.0. The results showed that the average scores for perceived severity, perceived vulnerability, and perception and behavior related to climate change and health were 3.39±0.42, 3.72±0.66, and 3.82±0.48, respectively. Variables influencing perception and behavior related to climate change and health included perceived severity (β=.15, p=.034) and perceived vulnerability (β=.56, p<.001), with an explanatory power of 41.7% (F=24.63, p<.001). This study confirms the need to develop various educational interventions to enhance environmental risk awareness in order to improve nursing students' perception and behavior concerning climate change and health.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 환경위험 인식이 기후변화와 건강에 대한 인지행동에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 시행되 었다. 연구 대상은 C대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생으로 설문조사에 동의한 133명이다. 자료수집은 2024년 4월 1일부터 15일까지 온라인 설문으로 진행되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 25.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t-검정, Pearson’s 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 지각된 심각성, 지각된 취약성, 기후변화와 건강에 대한 인지행동의 평 균은 각각 3.39±0.42점, 3.72±0.66점, 3.82±0.48점이었다. 대상자의 기후변화와 건강에 대한 인지행동에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 지각된 심각성(β=.15, p=.034)과 지각된 취약성(β=.56, p<.001)으로 나타났으며, 대상자의 기후변화와 건강에 대 한 인지행동에 대해 41.7%의 설명력을 나타냈다(F=24.63, p<.001). 본 연구를 통해 간호대학생의 기후변화와 건강에 대한 인지행동을 높이기 위해 환경위험 인식을 높이는 다양한 교육 중재의 개발이 필요함을 확인하였다.
