In this study, we studied ways to revitalize smart construction through IOT complementary technology in the domestic construction industry. For the study, the results of the study on the factors, acceptance intention, and adoption propensity of witness construction companies for the introduction of IOT complementary technology were investigated. It is presented as follows. It can be seen that as the propensity to adopt smart construction increases through the introduction of IOT complementary technology, it has a more positive impact on the activation of smart construction. Recently, it has been empirically confirmed that smart construction technology plays a very important role in securing competitiveness and growth of construction companies.

본 연구에서는 국내 건설업을 대상으로 IOT 보안기술을 기반으로 스마트 건설기술 활성화 방안에 대해 연구하였다, 연구를 위해 IOT 보안기술을 도입 추진 증인 건설기업의 스마트 기술 도입에 따른 요인과 수용의도 그리고 흡수성향 에 관한 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. IOT 보안기술 기반 스마트 건설기술 수용의도가 높아지면 스마트 건설의 활성화에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가는 것을 알 수가 있다. 따라서 IOT 보안기술 도입을 통한 스마트 건설 활성화를 위해서 건설기업 내 구성원의 흡수역량을 높이는 정책이나 활동들로 필요하겠지만 이러한 노력과 함께 스마트 건설(도 로)기술 대한 만족도를 높임으로써 스마트 건설기술 활성화에 더 높은 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
