This study is to explore the characteristics of successful students at H University a 4-year university in the Seoul metropolitan area, South Korea. Based on the characteristics derived from this study, the research discusses ways to develop students' abilities by entrepreneurship courses and extracurricular programs. As a result, successful students showed challenging characteristics and a propensity to seek information themselves. In particular, they displayed high levels of ambition to succeed explore and reconcile. However, they appeared to think that their majors were not particularly helpful. Based on this research, the researcher asserts that there is a need to transform students into successful students by enhancing their entrepreneurial spirit through the creation, development, and establishment of entrepreneurship subjects and extracurricular programs. To realize these findings, the followings are suggested: first, each university's first-year career subject should be linked to entrepreneurship extracurricular activities, enabling students to strengthen their challenge capabilities through entrepreneurial activities. Second, for second-year and first-semester third-year students, concentration programs or micro-specializations should be connected to allow students to have ideas for the realization of entrepreneurship encountered in the first year. Third, utilize the summer and winter vacation semesters to allow students to engage in specific designs for entrepreneurship. Fourth, there is a need to support students in realizing their career paths based on challenging capabilities through actual entrepreneurship application, as students later challenge entrepreneurship through a Plan and Do (PD) semester system and capstone design.

본 연구는 수도권 4년제 대학인 H 대학에서 성공하는 학생들의 특성에 대한 연구이다. 이 연구를 통하여 도출된 특성을 고려, 앙트러프러너십 교과-비교과 연계과정을 활용하여 학생의 역량을 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다. H대 학에서 성공하는 학생들은 도전적이고 정보를 적극적으로 탐색하는 특징을 보였다. 어려움을 겪더라도 성공하겠다는 포부 자산과 탐색자산, 저항자산이 높게 나타났다. 전반적으로 자신의 학과는 도움이 되지 않는다고 생각하고 있었다다. 이 연구 를 바탕으로 본 연구자는 창업 교과목 및 비교과 프로그램의 연계, 개발, 개설을 통하여 학생들의 도전정신을 향상, 성공하 는 학생으로서 학생들을 변화시킬 필요가 있다고 주장한다. 주장의 실현을 위하여 다음의 안을 제시한다. 첫째, 각 대학마 다 있는 1학년 진로교과목을 앙트러프러너십(entrepreneurship) 비교과와 연계, 학생들이 창업 활동을 통하여 도전역량을 강화할 수 있도록 한다. 둘째, 2학년 및 3학년 1학기 학생을 위하여는 집중이수제 또는 마이크로전공과 연계, 학생들이 1학 년때 접한 앙트러프러너십의 실현을 위한 아이디어를 갖도록 한다. 셋째, 여름과 겨울방학 동안의 계절학기를 활용, 학생들 이 창업을 위한 구체적인 설계에 들어갈 수 있도록 한다. 넷째, 이후 학생이 PD 학기제, 캡스톤디자인을 통하여 창업에 도 전함으로써 앙트러프러너십의 적용을 통하여 도전역량에 기반, 자신의 진로를 실현시킬 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있다.
