This study aims to comprehend the integration of kindergarten and childcare as a strategy to augment the quality of early childhood education. We delineated and scrutinized the big data from web platform materials concerning the understanding of kindergarten and childcare integration by specialists and the general populace, with the objective of furnishing foundational data for policy formulation to elevate the quality of early childhood education. The big data from academic information research services and knowledge information sharing platforms were visualized by conducting text mining analysis. The findings revealed, firstly, a surge in studies conducted pre and post the government's proclamation of the kindergarten and childcare integration policy, with field teachers, as direct stakeholders, demonstrating significant interest in the integration. Secondly, the sentiment analysis of the knowledge information sharing platform indicated anticipation that the integration would bolster the merits of early childhood education and childcare and enhance the field, albeit issues were raised regarding the inequity in teacher qualification acquisition and remuneration. Thirdly, field teachers on the knowledge information sharing platform exhibited heightened interest in the alterations and acquisition of teacher qualifications due to the integration, and there was a consensus that the integration would elevate both institutional and qualification standards. The discussion of these findings posited that a vision and philosophy for kindergarten and childcare integration are imperative, commencing from a mutual understanding and consensus on the educational priorities of experts, parents, and citizens. This involves prioritizing the efficiency, ease, and equity of education, as deliberated in this study.

본 연구의 목적은 영유아교육의 질 고도화의 한 방안으로 유보통합을 이해하는 것이다. 유보통합에 대한 전문가들과 일반시민들의 이해가 흐르고 있는 웹 플랫폼의 자료를 빅데이터로 정의하고 분석하여 유보통합 정책 수립의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 학술정보연구서비스 및 지식정보공유 플랫폼 빅데이터를 텍스트마이닝으로 분석하여 시각화하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 정부의 유보통합 정책 발표를 전·후로 많은 연 구들이 수행되었고 현장교사들은 유보통합에 직접적 당사자로 많은 관심을 갖고 있었다. 둘째, 지식정보공유플랫폼 감성분석 결과 전문가와 일반인 모두 유보통합을 통해 유아교육과 보육의 장점을 강화하고 현장이 개선되기를 기대하나 교원 자격취득 및 처우에 대한 불공정의 문제 가 제기되고 있었다. 셋째, 지식정보플랫폼에서 현장교사들이 유보통합에 따른 교원 자격 변화와 취득에 높은 관심을 보였으며 유보통합은 기 관기준과 자격기준 모두 상향평준화임을 공감하고 있었다. 본 연구는 영유아 교육의 질 고도화 방안으로 전문가와 학부모, 시민의 유보통합을 위한 비전과 철학에 대한 이해가 필요하며, 그 시작은 교육의 효율성 수월성 공정성에 대한 우선순위 합일과 공감임을 제안한다.
