The present paper focuses on teaching and learning Korean cultural values to Chinese learners. Based on Hofstede's classification, it focuses on the cultural value of Uncertainty Avoidance, which is the source of many social phenomena in Korea and the origin of many cultural disparities between Korea and China. In addition, considering the characteristics of the MZ Generation, which has recently emerged as the primary group of Korean language learners, this research employed multiple YouTube materials to teach Korean cultural values. Through a variety of YouTube materials, learners can intuitively discover various cultural phenomena that reflect Korea's cultural value of uncertainty avoidance. Furthermore, to explore potential learning solutions, a four-phase intercultural teaching model was designed. This model aims to help learners understand and learn Korean cultural values through comparisons with Chinese culture, rather than being passive recipients of Korean culture. Such a model provides learners with an iterative learning process by integrating discovery, comparison, analysis, and reflection on culture. It enables learners to develop an in-depth understanding of Korean culture, from its lifestyle to its values, and to treat Korean culture with respect.

본고는 문화교육에서 가치문화 교육의 필요성에 입각하여 중국인 학 습자를 위한 한국 가치문화 교수ㆍ학습 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이 를 위해서는 Hofstede의 가치문화 분류에 근거하여 한국의 강한 불확 실성 회피 가치문화에 초점을 두었다. 이러한 가치문화는 한국 여러 사회 현상이 형성된 근원이며, 한국과 중국 간의 여러 문화적 차이의 원인이기 때문이다. 또한 최근 한국어 교육에서 주된 학습자 집단으로 부각되는 MZ세대 학습자의 특성을 고려하여 본 연구에서는 여러 유 튜브 방송 자료를 한국 가치문화 교육에 활용하였다. 다양한 영상 자 료를 통해 학습자들이 보다 직감적으로 한국 불확실성 회피 가치문화 를 반영하는 여러 문화 현상을 발견할 수 있을 것이다. 아울러 실제 교 수ㆍ학습을 모색하는 데에 학습자가 일방적으로 한국문화를 받아들 이는 것을 넘어 중국문화와의 비교를 통해서 한국 가치문화를 이해하 고 학습할 수 있도록 상호문화적인 수업 모형을 네 가지 단계로 구성 하였다. 이러한 수업 모형은 문화에 대한 발견, 비교, 분석, 성찰을 유 기적으로 연계하여 학습자에게 유의미하고 순환적인 학습 과정을 제 공해 준다. 이는 학습자가 한국의 생활문화로부터 가치문화까지 한국 문화에 대한 심층적인 이해를 도모하여 한국문화를 존중하는 태도로 바라보게 할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
