Business Korean language education research has been continued for a long time, but the field of research has not been specified and subdivided. There is an employer who is involved in business Korean language education. They play a crucial role in recruiting Korean language learners. However, it has not been noticed in the needs research or curriculum development research, so this study recognizes the need for curriculum and textbooks that actively reflect the needs of employers. Therefore, they demanded that the recruiters improve their writing skills and write work documents. I argued that in order to educate the writing of business documents, the category of practical business Korean should be set. Practical business Korean is different from the previous business Korean in the subject, method, and period of education. The method of writing business documents in practical business Korean writing was selected by combining the elements of process-oriented writing partially with genre-oriented writing. This study is meaningful in that it has created a practical business Korean writing curriculum that extends to the detailed area of “Writing”, reflecting the opinions of employers who have not been the center of the study. I hope that related textbooks will be written based on this curriculum in the future.

한국어 교육 현장에서는 비즈니스 한국어 교육 연구가 오랜 시간 지속되어 왔다. 그 러나 비즈니스 한국어 연구 분야는 타 영역에 비해 구체화, 세분화 되지 못한 상태로 머 물러 있는 현실이다. 비즈니스 한국어 교육에는 교사와 학습자 이외에 중요한 영향을 미치는 고용인(雇⽤⼈)이라는 주체가 있다. 그들은 한국어 학습자를 채용하는 데에 결 정적인 역할을 한다. 그러나 그동안 요구조사나 교육과정 개발 연구에서 이들의 요구 사항은 주목받지 못했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고용인(雇⽤⼈)의 요구를 적극 반영한 교 육과정과 교재가 필요함을 확인하였다. 각종 조사 결과 고용인들은 한국인들이 다시 작업하지 않아도 될 정도로 업무 문서를 작성하는 것을 채용인들에게 요구하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 업무 문서 쓰기에 대한 교육을 위해서는 실무한국 어라는 범주를 설정해야 함을 주장하였다. 실무한국어는 이전의 비즈니스 한국어와 교 육대상, 방법, 시기가 다르다. 실무 한국어 쓰기에서 업무 문서 쓰기 수업 내용은 장르 중심 쓰기를 중심으로 하고 부분적으로 과정 중심 쓰기의 요소를 결합하는 교육 방법 을 사용할 것을 개발, 제안하였다. 본 연구는 그동안 교육과정 개설에서 중심이 되지 못했던 고용인(雇⽤⼈)의 의견을 반영하여 ‘쓰기’라는 세부영역으로 확장된 실무한국어 쓰기 교육과정을 만들었다는 데 에 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 향후 본 교육과정을 바탕으로 관련 교재도 집필되기 바라겠다.
