One of the important goals of mathematics education is to enhance students' problem solving competencies. So various pedagogical elements related to problem solving are included in mathematics textbooks for this purpose. In this study, the problem solving lessons in six authorized mathematics textbooks for grades 3-4 according to the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed from the following perspectives. : What are the degree of ill-structured of mathematical tasks, and how are the implementation of problem solving strategies, cooperative problem solving, and problem posing intended in the mathematical activities? From the analysis results, implications for the composition of problem solving lessons in mathematics textbooks and teaching and learning problem solving in elementary mathematics were derived.

문제해결 역량을 신장하는 것은 수학교육의 중요한 목표 중 하나이고, 수학 교과서 에서는 이를 위한 다양한 교수학적 요소를 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2015 개 정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 3~4학년군 검정 수학 교과서 중 6종 교과서의 문제 해결 차시에서 수학 과제의 비구조화 정도는 어떠한지, 수학적 활동에서 의도된 문 제해결 전략, 협력적 문제해결, 문제 만들기의 구현은 어떠한지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과로부터 초등 수학 교과서의 문제해결 차시 구성 및 문제해결 교수・학습에 관 한 시사점을 도출하였다.
