This study was attempted to compare and analyze college students' handwashing performance and attitude according to their handwashing education and promotion experience. The subjects of the study were 205 university students, and data were collected using a self-reported structured questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and independent t-test were conducted using SPSS 22.0 program, and the results of the study are as follows. Both the handwashing performance and attitude according to the handwashing education of college students were statistically significantly higher in the subjects who received the education. As a result of analyzing the handwashing performance and attitude according to the handwashing promotion of college students, there was a statistically significant difference in the handwashing attitude, but the handwashing performance was not significant. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to strengthen university students' handwashing education and promotion, and efforts to improve handwashing performance and attitude will be needed.

본 연구는 대학생의 손씻기 교육과 홍보 경험에 따른 손씻기 수행도와 태도를 비교 분석하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 대학생 205명이며, 자가보고 형식의 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 기술적 통계, Independent t-test를 시행하였고, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생 의 손씻기 교육에 따른 손씻기 수행과 태도는 모두 교육을 받은 대상자에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 대학생의 손씻기 홍보에 따른 손씻기 수행과 태도를 분석한 결과에서는 손씻기 태도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었지만 손씻기 수행은 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 손씻기 교육과 홍보를 강화할 필요가 있으며, 손 씻기 수행도와 태도를 증진시키기 위한 노력이 필요할 것이다.
