The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among servicescape, human service quality, satisfaction, reuse intention and word of mouth intention in university sports facilities. From November to December 2022, students who had experience using sports facilities at universities located in chungnam and gangwon were selected as the population, and a total of 311 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. For processing, frequency analysis, reliability, correlation analysis, and discriminant validity were performed using SPSS23.0, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed using AMOS 23.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the relationship between the servicescape of university sports facilities and satisfaction, it was found that convenience, aesthetics, and cleanliness affect student satisfaction. Second, in the relationship between human service quality of university sports facilities and satisfaction, it was found that tangibility and empathy affect student satisfaction. Reliability was found to have no effect on student satisfaction. Third, it was found that satisfaction with university sports facilities affect reuse intention. Fourth, it was found that satisfaction with university sports facilities affect word of mouth intention.

본 연구의 목적은 대학 스포츠시설의 서비스스케이프와 인적서비스품질, 만족, 재이용의도 및 구전의도에 대한 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 11월부터 12월까지 충남과 강원에 소재한 대학의 스포츠시설을 이용 한 경험이 있는 학생을 대상으로 총 311부의 설문지가 분석에 이용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 빈도분석 과 신뢰도, 상관분석, 판별타당성을 수행하였고, AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 수 행한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 스포츠시설의 서비스스케이프와 만족의 관계에서 서비스스케이프 중 편의 성, 심미성, 청결성은 학생의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 스포츠시설의 인적서비스품질과 만족의 관계에서 인적서비스품질 중 유형성, 공감성은 학생의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 인적서비스품질 중 신뢰성 은 학생의 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 스포츠시설의 만족은 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 스포츠시설의 만족은 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
