The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of how artificial intelligence should be included in early childhood education and to develop an artificial intelligence education program for early childhood teachers based on this. The content developed is the 15th program, which was applied directly to teachers and conducted expert Delphi on the subjects to verify its validity. Expert Delphi was based on 20 expert groups, and the validity of the evaluation items was based on CVR of 0.42 or more. As a result of expert Delphi, the CVR values of all sub-regions were above the standard 0.42, confirming content validity. The final program was confirmed based on the results of the survey conducted with the expert Delphi. Based on these results, it is suggested that, in order to properly start AI education in the field of early childhood education, teacher education should be preceded, and related research should be conducted, while government support and policy direction proposals should be sought together.

본 연구에서는 유아 교육에 인공지능을 어떻게 포함해야 할 것인지에 관한 방향을 모색하고 이를 바탕으로 유아 교사 대상 인공지능 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 개발된 내용은 유아 교사를 위한 15차시 교육 프로그램이며 이를 현직 교사에게 직접 적용하고 교육 대상자들에게 전문가 델파이를 진행하여 타당도를 검증하였다. 전문가 델파이는 전문가 집단 20명을 기준으로 하였으며 그에 따른 평가항목의 타당도는 CVR이 0.42 이상을 기준으로 하였다. 전문가 델파이 결과 모든 세 부영역의 CVR값이 기준 0.42 이상으로 나타나 내용 타당도가 확인되었다. 전문가 델파이와 함께 진행된 설문 결과를 토대로 최종 프로그램을 확정하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 인공지능 교육을 유아 교육 현장에서 적절하게 시작하기 위해서는 교사 교육이 선행되어야 하며, 지속적인 관련 연구가 이루어지는 한편 정부 차원의 지원과 정책적 방향성 제안도 함께 모색되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.
