Shoes are one of the necessities of life that people need. It is used by all humans, from children to the elderly, for life, and one human uses and disposes of many shoes in one's lifetime. General shoes are manufactured in manufacturing facilities and purchased completed shoes, and most of them are made using adhesives containing a large amount of harmful substances. Shoes containing large amounts of harmful substances have adverse consequences for users, manufacturers, and the natural environment due to the harmful substances. This study is a nature-friendly shoe manufacturing method that studies shoes with non-adhesive assembly structures that do not use adhesives, and is about shoes that users can assemble themselves, not mass production facilities. The directions for applying non-adhesive manufacturing methods include "Simplifying shoe parts", "A Study on alternative work methods for the purpose of using adhesives", and "Meeting the technical scope of shoe manufacturers due to design", and "Objectifying user-participating manufacturing scope due to simplification". The purpose of this study is to present the direction of shoe manufacturing on natural friendliness, and it is expected that it can be applied in the shoe industry through further research in the future.

신발은 사람들이 필요로 하는 삶의 필수품 중 하나이다. 아이부터 노인까지, 평생 모든 인간에 의해 사용되고, 한 인간 이 일생 많은 신발을 사용하고 처분한다. 일반적인 신발은 제조시설에서 제작되어 완성된 신발을 구매하는데 대부분 유해 물질이 다량 함유된 접착제를 사용하여 신발을 만든다. 유해 물질이 다량 함유된 신발은 유해 물질로 인해 사용자, 제작자 및 자연환경에 악영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 접착제를 사용하지 않는 비접착 조립구조의 신발을 연구하는 자연 친화 신발 제조 방법으로, 대량생산 시설이 아닌 사용자가 스스로 조립할 수 있는 신발에 관한 것이다. 비접착 제조 방법 적용 방향 제안은 ‘신발 부품의 단순화 연구’, ‘접착제의 사용 목적에 관한 대체 작업 방법 연구’이며, 자가조립 신발 적용 방향 제안은 ‘설계로 인한 신발 제작자 숙련 범위의 충족’, ‘간단한 제작 방법으로 인한 사용자 참여 제작 범위의 객관화’ 등이다. 본 연구의 목적은 자연 친화에 대한 신발 제조 방향을 제시하는 것이며, 향후 추가 연구를 통해 신발산업에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
