This study was conducted to detect the oral health perceived by the young generation due to the prolonged COVID-19 and to investigate the convergence influencing factors of related variables on corona stress. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the convergence influencing factors of and corona stress. The youth generation living in Y city was selected by the convenience sampling method. As a result of the study, the factors affecting corona stress were the clenching and temporomandibular joint symptoms in both employed and unemployed people. Temporomandibular joint symptoms were the biggest influencing factor on the overall corona stress of the employed, while the unemployed had oral mucosa disease. At the same time, the inappropriate detection of oral health of the unemployed young generation due to the prolonged COVID-19 was acting as a regulatory mechanism to amplify the stress of Corona. In conclusion, realistic psychological and oral health-related policy support is needed for the future young generation.

본 연구는 코로나-19 장기화에 따른 청년세대가 인지하는 구강건강을 감지하고 관련 변수가 코로나 스트 레스에 미치는 융합적 영향요인을 알아보기 위해 실시하였으며, 특히 청년세대 취업자와 미취업자의 입장에서 야기 되는 구강건강과 코로나 스트레스의 융합적인 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. Y시 거주 청년세대를 편의 표본추출법에 의해 선정하였다. 연구결과 코로나 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 취업자와 미취업자 모두 이 악 물기, 악관절 증상이었으며, 모형의 설명력으로 비교했을 때 구강건강 감지가 가장 큰 영향요인이었다. 취업자의 전 체 코로나 스트레스에 가장 큰 영향요인은 악관절 증상이었으며, 미취업자는 구강점막질환이었다. 동시에 코로나19 장기화로 인한 미취업 청년세대의 적절치 못한 구강건강 감지는 코로나 스트레스를 증폭시키는 조절적 기제로 작 용하고 있었다. 결론적으로 향후 청년세대를 위한 실현적인 심리 및 구강 건강 관련 정책적인 지원이 필요하다.
