The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the quantity and quality of contact. The study conducted descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 for 188 elementary school girls who participated in the 17th Girl Scout International Camping held in Goseong, Gangwon-do from August 5 to 9, 2019 to verify the effect of the quantity and quality of contact in international exchanges on International exchange on multicultural acceptance. As a result of analysis, in relation to diversity, the frequency of conversation, the quality of contact, the quality of contact, the relationship, the quality of contact, the frequency of conversation and the contact variables that affect universality were not confirmed. The quantity of contact in the international exchange of youths who fostered friendship between groups was more significant in the frequency of conversation than the frequency of contact or the number of contacts. The quality of contact, which evaluated youth international exchange as positive, enjoyable, cooperative, necessary, intimate and voluntary, was significant in diversity and relationship. Since international exchange activities of private youth organizations have not influenced universality, further review on how to cultivate universality of upper norms is required. Based on the results of this study, specific implications for cultivating multicultural acceptance were presented.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 국제교류에서의 접촉 양과 질이 다문화수용성에 미치는 영 향을 조사하는 것이다. 2019년 8월 5일부터 9일까지 강원도 고성에서 열린 제17회 걸 스카우트 국제야영에 참가한 초등 4, 5, 6학년 188명을 대상으로 SPSS 23.0을 이용 기 술통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 국제교류에서의 접촉 양과 질이 다문화수용성 의 다양성, 관계성, 보편성에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증했다. 분석결과 다양성과 관련해 서 접촉 변인 중 대화빈도와 접촉 질, 성적이, 관계성과 관련해서는 접촉 질, 대화 목격 빈도, 성적이, 그리고 보편성과 관련해서 영향을 미치는 접촉 변인은 확인되지 않았다. 집단 간 우정을 다지는 청소년 국제교류에서의 접촉 양은 접촉 빈도나 접촉 수보다 대화 빈도에서 유의미했다. 청소년 국제교류가 긍정적이고, 즐겁고, 협력적이고 필요 하고 친밀하고 자발적이라고 평가한 접촉 질은 다양성과 관계성에서 유의미했다. 민간 청소년단체의 국제교류활동이 보편성에는 영향을 미치지 않은 점으로 보아 상위규범 의 보편성 함양 방법에 대한 추가적 검토가 요구되어진다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으 로 다문화수용성 함양을 위한 구체적인 시사점을 제시하였다.
