The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between the usefulness and ease of use of online classes, technology readiness index, and career preparation behavior of university students for online non-face-to-face instructional software that was rapidly introduced and used due to COVID-19. The population was 200 students attending university in Seoul, and 177 out of 200 copies of the total survey were collected, and a total of 158 copies were used for the final analysis, excluding unfaithful respondents and missing values. The research model of this study is to find out the correlation between variables, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using the AMOS 18.0 program through verification stages such as the concentrated validity of each measurement variable, the concentrated validity of latent variables, and discriminant validity. As a major conclusion, first, optimism among the drivers of technology readiness index and innovativeness showed a positive (+) effect only on the ease of use of online classes. In other words, as a result of hypothesis verification, it was found that optimism had a positive effect on the ease of use of online classes. Second, among the inhibitors of technical readiness index, both discomfort and insecurity showed a negative (-) effect on the ease of use of online classes and the usefulness of online classes. This depends on the ability of students to use online class software, and it is judged that this had a negative effect. Third, it was confirmed that there is a structural influence relationship between online class usefulness, online class ease of use, and career preparation behavior of university students. This indicates that the usefulness of online classes and ease of use of online classes are factors that indicate university students' career preparation behavior.

이 연구의 목적은 COVID-19로 인하여 빠르게 도입되어 활용 중인 온라인 비대면 수업 소프트웨 어에 대한 대학생의 온라인 수업 유용성 및 용이성, 기술준비도와 진로준비행동의 구조적 관계를 구명하는데 있다. 모집단은 서울 소재 대학에 재학중인 200명이었고, 총 설문은 200부 중 177부가 회수되었으며, 불성실 응답자 및 결측값을 제외하고 총 158부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 연구모형은 변수들 간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위한 것으로, 각 측정변수들의 집중 타당성, 잠재변수 의 집중 타당성과 판별 타당성 등의 검증 단계를 거쳐 확인적 요인분석을 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실시하였다. 주요 결론으로는 첫째, 기술준비도의 활성변수인 낙관성과 혁신성 중 낙관성이 온라인 수업 용이 성에만 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 즉, 가설검증 결과 낙관성이 온라인 수업 용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술준비도의 저해변수 중 불편감과 불안감 모두 온라인 수업 용이 성과 온라인 수업 유용성에 부(-)의 영향을 보였다. 이는 학생들의 능력에 따라 온라인 수업 소프트 웨어 사용에 대한 태도가 달라지며 이것이 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 온라인 수 업 유용성과 온라인 수업 용이성 및 대학생들의 진로준비행동 간에 구조적인 영향 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 온라인 수업 유용성과 온라인 수업 용이성이 대학생들의 진로준비행동을 나타내 는 요인임을 알려준다.
