Data surveyed 96 youth workers who were qualified and engaged in youth training facilities were analyzed. In order to achieve our research goals, we performed frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping using jamovi 2.2.4. As a result, the higher the social support, the higher the job satisfaction, and the higher the job satisfaction, the less psychological burnout was experienced. In particular, among social support, the higher the support of supervisors and colleagues, the less exhausted they experience, indicating that flexible organizational cultures and communications are important. In addition, job satisfaction is partially mediating the relationship between social support and psychological burnout; thus it is important to explore factors that can increase job satisfaction, such as creating a physically and psychologically stable working environment and improving their quality of life.
