In order to strengthen the moral class competencies of pre-service teachers, a plan to conduct lectures in connection with field teachers was established and research was promoted. In the first semester, a meeting was held regularly to strengthen the morality and teaching competency of field teachers. At this time, by selecting the experience teaching model, field teacher’s in-depth understanding of the theory of the instructional model was promoted, and the moral and instructional competencies applied with the experience teaching model were also strengthened. In the second semester, a meeting was held continuously with field teacher to prepare moral guidance plans and promote moral classes applying the experience teaching model. An opportunity to convey the vivid experiences experienced through this process to prospective teachers was prepared through a lecture in connection with the professor of the University. Through the linked lectures, it was confirmed through a survey that many pre-service teachers were helped in writing a moral guidance plan and demonstrating moral classes, and when they became teachers in the future, they became determined to devote themselves to moral classes.

예비교사의 도덕과 수업역량 강화를 위해 현장 교사와 협력하여 연계 강의를 하는 계획을 수립하고 연구를 추진했다. 1학기에 현장 교사의 수업 역량 강화를 위해 협의회를 정기적으로 가졌다. 이때 도덕과 경 험학습 수업모형을 선택하고. 이 수업모형의 이론에 대한 현장 교사의 심층적 이해를 돕고, 또 경험학습 수업모형 지도안의 작성을 위해 다 방면에 걸쳐 현장 교사를 도왔다. 현장 교사는 경험학습 수업모형을 적용하여 도덕과 수업을 하면서 수업 역량을 강화했다. 2학기에도 정 기적으로 현장교사와 함께 협의회를 개최하면서 경험학습 수업모형을 적용한 도덕과 지도안 작성 및 수업을 추진했다. 이러한 과정 중에 현 장 교사는 자신의 경험을 교수와의 연계 강의를 통해 예비교사들에게 전달할 수 있었다. 설문조사에서 많은 예비교사들이 도덕과 지도안 작 성 및 모의수업실연에 도움을 받았다고, 또 장차 교사가 되었을 때 도 덕과 수업에 열심을 다하려는 마음가짐을 갖게 되었다고 응답하였다.
