The purpose of this study was to explore the process, difficulties, and countermeasures of teaching practice at an elementary school of A National Univ. of Education. To this end, an elementary school of A National Univ. of Education was selected as a single case, and data were collected focusing on in-depth interviews and on-site documents. The results derived by inductive categorical analysis are as follows. First, confusion and difficulty. Practice school could not prepare as before amid changes in curriculum schedules and confusion in work due to COVID-19. Various online teaching methods were attempted, but basic teaching practice such as teaching content guidance and instructional skills was not efficiently conducted due to poor communication. Second, it is a countermeasure. Cooperative teachers were making efforts to provide "excellent class analysis videos," shoot and transmit multi-faceted real-time classes, and apply "student in class + practice teachers in zoom meeting" systems. Finally, over the past two years, the limitations and possibilities of new attempts at the practice school in the COVID-19 situation were discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 교육대학 부설초등학교에서의 코로나19 이후 교육실습 운영 과정과 어려움, 그에 따른 대응 방안을 탐색하는 데에 있다. 이를 위하여 A 교육대학 부설초등학교를 단일 사례로 선정하여 심층면담, 현지문서를 중심으로 자 료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 귀납적 범주분석하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혼돈과 어려움이다. 실습협력학 교는 반복되는 학사일정 변동에 따른 혼선과 업무 주체의 혼란 속에서 이전과 같은 방식으로 교육실습을 준비하지 못하 고 있었다. 다양한 온라인 지도 방식을 시도하였으나 원활하지 못한 의사소통에 수업내용지도, 수업기술 교육 등 기초적 인 실습교육도 효율적으로 이루어내지 못했다. 둘째, 대응 방안이다. 협력교사는 ‘우수 수업 분석 영상’ 제공, 현장의 다 각도 촬영 및 송출, ‘학생 in 교실’, ‘실습생 in 온라인(zoom meetings)’ 시스템 도입 등의 노력을 기울이고 있었다. 마 지막으로 지난 2년 동안 코로나 상황에서 실습협력학교의 새로운 시도가 가지는 한계와 가능성을 논의하였다.
