This study considered the necessity and direction of educational discourse formation for the evolution of Korean dance as K-wave cultural contents. In order to achieve this purpose, this study conducted a literature study. First, the necessity for the evolution of Korean dance as K-wave cultural contents is as follows. The current discourse related to K-wave is 'discourse centered on killer content', 'focused on specific academic interests', 'absence of a sustainable K-wave cultural ecosystem', and 'unsystematic and one-time education'. Second, the direction for the evolution of Korean dance as K-wave cultural contents is as follows. Educational discourse should focus on 'education system', 'education program', 'human resource' and 'general conditions'. Based on the research results, we propose 'formation of an academic community', 'development of educational manuals', and 'preparation of online platform' to activate and expand educational discourse.

본 연구는 한국무용의 한류문화콘텐츠로서의 진화를 위한 시론적 방안으로, 교육적 담론 형성의 필요성과 방향 성을 고찰하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구를 시행하였다. 첫째, 한국무용의 한류문화콘텐츠로서 의 진화를 위한 필요성은 다음과 같다. 현 한류관련담론은 ‘킬러 콘텐츠 중심의 담론’, ‘특정 학문적 관심의 편 중’, ‘지속가능한 한류문화생태계의 부재’, ‘비체계적이며 일회적인 교육’이라는 점에서 한국무용과 관련된 교육 적 담론 형성은 필연적이라 할 수 있다. 둘째, 한국무용의 한류문화콘텐츠로서의 진화를 위한 방향성은 다음과 같다. 교육적 담론은 ‘교육체계’, ‘프로그램’, ‘인적자원’, ‘제반여건’에 관한 논의를 중심으로 다각적으로 이루어 져야 하며, ‘교육모형 구조화’, ‘온·오프라인 교육콘텐츠 개발’, ‘지도자 전문성교육 연계’, ‘관련기관 협력체계 구 축’ 등의 과제가 선제적으로 해결되어야 한다. 이를 기반으로 교육적 담론의 활성화 및 확장을 위해 ‘학문 공동 체의 형성’, ‘현장 교육매뉴얼의 개발’, ‘온라인 플랫폼의 구축’ 등을 제안한다.
