This study verifies the structural relationship between individual-environmental suitability, job immersion, job satisfaction, and job performance of Coach at children's sports facilities. To this end, a survey was conducted on 350 Coaches who visited and worked at comprehensive infant sports facilities and single-sector infant sports facilities located in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Of the 350 questionnaires, 317 were selected as final valid samples, and the data collected were statistical analysis using SPSS24.0 and AMOS 18.0. As a result, first, the individual-environmental suitability of the coaches in the children's sports facility has a static effect on job immersion. Second, the individual-environmental suitability of the coaches at the children's sports facility has a static effect on job satisfaction. Third, the individual-environmental suitability of the coaches at the children's sports facility has a static effect on job performance. Fourth, job immersion of coaches at children's sports facilities has a static effect on job satisfaction. Fifth, job immersion among coaches of children's sports facilities has a static effect on job performance. Sixth, job satisfaction among coaches of children's sports facilities has a static effect on job performance.

이 연구는 유아체육시설 지도자의 개인-환경적합성, 직무몰입, 직무만족, 직무수행력의 구조적관계를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 및 수도권에 위치한 종합유아스포츠시설 및 단일종목 유아스포츠시설을 방문하여 근무하고 있는 지도자 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 350부의 설문지 중 33부(무응답 등)를 제외한 317부를 최종유효표 본으로 선정하고, 수집된 데이터는 SPSS24.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 유아체 육시설 종사원의 개인-환경적합성은 직무몰입에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아체육시설 종사원의 개 인-환경적합성은 직무만족에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아체육시설 종사원의 개인-환경적합성은 직무수행력에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유아체육시설 종사원의 직무몰입은 직무만족에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 유아체육시설 종사원의 직무몰입은 직무수행력에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 유아체육시설 종사원의 직무만족은 직무수행력에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
