The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among organizational justice, player satisfaction, and dropout intention toward college taekwondo demonstration players. In order to accomplish the purpose, The online questionnaires were distributed to the players through mobile URL of Google at college taekwondo demonstration teams with coaches using a convenient sampling method. 373 usable questionnaires were collected. Data were analyzed with frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis using SPSS Statistics 25.0 program and then confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using AMOS 25.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. First, distributive justice did not have an influence on player satisfaction. Second, procedural justice had positive influence on player satisfaction. Third, interactional justice had positive influence on player satisfaction. Fourth, distributive justice did not have an influence on dropout intention. Fifth, procedural justice did not have an influence on dropout intention. Sixth, interactional justice negatively contributed to dropout intention. Last, player satisfaction negatively contributed to dropout intention.

본 연구의 목적은 대학태권도 시범단원이 지각하는 조직공정성, 단원만족, 이탈의도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 지도자가 있는 국내 대학교 태권도 시범단원을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 활용 하여 표본을 추출하였다. 구글(Google)에서 제공하는 설문지의 URL을 직접 모바일로 전달하여 설문 조사를 진행한 결 과, 총 회수된 유효 표본은 373부이며 최종 자료 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS Statistics 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 통해 빈도분 석, 상관관계분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 진행하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학태권도 시범단의 분배공정성은 단원만족에 미치는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학태권도 시범단의 절차공 정성은 단원만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학태권도 시범단의 상호작용공정성은 단원만족 에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학태권도 시범단의 분배공정성은 이탈의도에 미치는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학태권도 시범단의 절차공정성은 이탈의도에 미치는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 대학태권도 시범단의 상호작용공정성은 이탈의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 대학태권도 시 범단의 단원만족은 이탈의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
