The purpose of this study is to suggest desirable directions and improve class satisfaction in practical dance teachers. For the purpose, this study educated practical dance students based on education service quality according to leadership types. The questionnaire survey was conducted and the following results were obtained. The regression analysis between transformational leadership types and education service quality showed that transformational leadership types had a positive effect on administrative service, educational service, and possibility of development. The regression analysis between transactional leadership types and education service quality showed that transactional leadership types had a positive effect on educational service and possibility of development. The regression analysis between transformational leadership types and class satisfaction showed that transformational leadership types had a positive effect on social, educational, physical, and psychological factors. The regression analysis between transactional leadership types and class satisfaction showed that transactional leadership types had a positive effect on social and physical factors. Based on the findings, practical dance teachers should offer tangible and intangible education service that can reflect students’ comments about class and achieve the differentiation of class quality, learning motivation, and educational goals. Moreover, they should develop practical dance class through organic activities among teachers, students, and administrative staff for desirable class for both teachers and students.

본 연구에서는 실용무용 지도자들의 리더십 유형에 따른 교육서비스 품질인 교육서비스, 행정서비스, 물리적 환 경, 발전가능성을 바탕으로 실용무용 전공학생들에게 교육을 실시한 후 수업에 대한 만족도의 변화와 실용무용 교육의 바람직한 방향성 제시 및 수업에 대한 만족도를 향상시키는데 연구의 목적을 두고 실용무용을 전공하는 학생들을 대상으 로 지도자 리더십 유형, 교육서비스 품질, 수업만족도 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 지도자 리더십 유형에 따른 교육서비스 품질과 수업만족도는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 변혁적 리더십 유형의 지도자는 교육서비스 품질의 행정서비스, 교육서비스, 발전 가능성 요인, 수업만족도의 사회적, 교육적, 신체적, 심리적 요인에 긍정 적 영향을 주고 있었으며, 거래적 리더십 유형의 지도자는 교육서비스 품질의 교육서비스, 발전가능성요인, 수업만족도의 사회적, 신체적 요인에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 실용무용 지도자들은 전공학생들의 수업요구 의견과 수업의 질적 차별성, 학습의욕과 교육적 목적을 이루기 위한 유·무형적 교육서비스를 제공하며, 지도자와 전공학생들, 행정직원 등 상호 유기적인 실용무용 수업을 전개하면 지도자와 학생 모두에 바람직한 수업이 전개될 수 있을 것이다.
