The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of psychological capital on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior for Taekwondo instructors located in Seoul and Gyeonggido, and data from 191 persons were used using the convenient sampling method. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The conclusions presented based on the research results and discussions drawn accordingly are as follows. First, looking at the influence of Taekwondo instructor's psychological capital on job satisfaction, it was confirmed that psychological capital had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, looking at the influence of Taekwondo dojang leader's psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior, it was confirmed that psychological capital had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, looking at the influence of the Taekwondo dojang leader's job satisfaction on organized citizenship behavior, it was confirmed that job satisfaction had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

이 연구에서는 서울․경기도 지역에 위치한 태권도장 지도자를 대상으로 심리적 자본이 직무만족과 조직시민행동 에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 목적이 있으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 191명의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 탐색적 요인분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따라 도출된 연구결과 및 논의를 바탕으로 제시한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도장 지도자의 심리적 자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 심리적 자본은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 태권도장 지도자의 심리 적 자본이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 심리적 자본은 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 태권도장 지도자의 직무만족이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 직무만족은 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
