In this article, I would like to make a critical-speculative approach focusing on the three major axes of diagnosis, task, and direction of the educational philosophy of future Korean education. Critical here means reviewing the studies on the various future predictions and prospects already presented, and pointing out why the main discourse that dominates the current educational perspective and practice is old in the times. The judgment criteria are based on the philosophical and value-based basis of education, while the speculative work means that creative ideas are produced as the unique productive function of philosophy. In this regard, alternatives were derived through criticism of future prospects and discourses. The two literatures used for this educational philosophy work are The Fourth Industrial Revolution(2016), an excellent future report by K. Schwab, which has recently received attention in almost all academic fields, and the Vision and Strategic Study of the 4·16 Educational System published by the Gyeonggi Provincial Institute of Education. Through this, I would like to measure the changes of future Korean education and present educational philosophy standards as a normative basis for reestablishing perspectives and theories and improving educational systems.

이 글에서는 미래 한국교육의 교육철학적 기초를 진단, 과제, 방향이라는 커다란 세 축을 중심으로 비판적-사변적 접근을 하고자 한다. 여기서 비판 적이라 함은, 이미 제시된 각종 미래 예측 및 전망에 관한 연구를 검토하 고, 아울러 현재 교육적 관점 및 실천을 지배하고 있는 주요 담론이 시대적 으로 왜 낡은 것인지 지적하는 작업을 의미한다. 이때 판단준거는 당연히 교육철학적, 가치론적 근거에 있다. 한편 사변적인 작업이란 철학의 고유한 생산적 기능으로서 창의적인 아이디어를 산출함을 의미한다. 이러한 점에서 미래 전망과 담론 비판을 통한 대안을 도출하였다. 이러한 교육철학적 작업 을 위해 활용한 두 문헌은 경기도교육연구원이 펴낸 『4·16교육체제 비전과 전략연구』(2015)와 최근 거의 모든 학문분야에서 관심을 받고 있는 클라우 스 슈밥(K. Schwab)의 탁월한 미래전망 보고서인 『4차 산업혁명(The Fourth Industrial Revolution)』(2016)이다. 이를 통해 미래 한국교육의 변화양상을 가늠해보고 관점 및 이론의 재정립과 교육시스템 정비를 위한 규범적 기초로서 교육철학적 기준을 제시하고자 한다.
