In recent years, the seriousness of juvenile crimes has become a social issue because the proportion of juveniles in total crimes is not low, and theft and robbery cases are decreasing, while violent crimes and sexual crimes are on the rise. Therefore, taking into account the purpose of the juvenile law and the basic purpose of legislation, the probation system will be ineffective, or the family, school, and social interests and efforts will be at the core of the problem and more urgent. As part of these efforts, various vocational competency development and training programs are currently being conducted for delinquent youth who are currently being held in correctional facilities such as juvenile centers. Therefore, by analyzing the effect of the factors related to the volunteer service on the service satisfaction of the volunteers, the relative influence of the related variables on the overall satisfaction of the volunteer service was investigated, and the satisfaction of the volunteers was determined. The contents of this study were empirically investigated and analyzed on the characteristics, factors, and satisfaction of volunteer services only for volunteers, but the study did not reach discussions related to service satisfaction and effectiveness of volunteers, so it has some limitations. This study aims to improve the quality of volunteer service and volunteer for college students who volunteered at the 00 University Cafe Start-up Club who participated in educational donations through volunteer activities in the barista vocational competency development program among the correctional programs conducted by the Girls’detention center in Anyang City, to verify the satisfaction level with respect to through empirical research. The academic implications of this study confirmed that volunteers' willingness to participate and satisfaction of participation can be enhanced by improving the role of volunteers and service quality of volunteer activities in a rapidly changing modern society. It can be expected that it will provide more passionate and quality services for aviation youth.

최근 들어 청소년범죄의 심각성이 사회문제가 된 이유는 전체 범죄 발생 현황에서 청소년이 차지하는 비율이 낮지 않을 뿐 아 니라 절도와 강도 사건은 줄어든 반면, 폭력범죄와 성범죄 등 강 력사건은 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이기 때문이다. 따라서 소년법 의 목적과 기본 입법 취지를 고려하여 보호관찰제도를 실효화하 거나 가정과 학교, 그리고 사회적인 관심과 노력이 문제의 핵심 이며 더욱 시급한 문제일 것이다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 현재 소년원 등 교정시설에 수용되어있는 비행청소년을 대상으로 다 양한 직업능력개발훈련 프로그램이 실시되고 있다. 따라서 비행 청소년 대상 프로그램의 자원봉사서비스 품질과 관련된 요인들 로부터 자원봉사자의 서비스만족도에 영향을 주는 변수를 조사 분석하여 자원봉사활동 서비스에 관한 전반적인 만족도에 미치 는 상대적 영향력을 살펴보고, 자원봉사자의 서비스품질 만족도 를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 내용은 자원봉사자에 한하여 자 원봉사서비스 특성과 요인 및 만족도에 대한 실증적으로 조사 분석이 이루어졌으나, 자원봉사대상자의 서비스만족도와 효과성 에 관련된 논의에는 연구가 미치지 못한 한계점을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 안양에 소재한 여자소년원에서 실시하고 있는 교정 프로그램 중 바리스타 직업능력개발 프로그램에 자원봉사활동으 로 교육기부에 참여한 00대학교 카페창업동아리 자원봉사 대학 생들을 대상으로 자원봉사서비스의 품질 향상과 자원봉사에 대 한 만족도를 실증적 연구를 통해 검증하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 학문적 시사점은 급변하는 현대사회에서 자원봉 사의 역할과 자원봉사활동의 서비스품질 향상을 통해 자원봉사 자의 참여 의지와 참여만족도를 제고할 수 있다는 것을 확인하 였고, 자원봉사와 관련한 다양한 교육경험이 비행청소년들을 위 한 보다 열정적이고 질 좋은 서비스를 제공하게 될 것으로 기대 할 수 있다.
