This study was conducted to observe emotional intelligence of welfare workers, which consists of self-emotional awareness, other sensitivity awareness, emotional utilization, and self-emotional and verify what impact it has on their job performance, and whether stress mediates between them. To this end, this study conducted a survey of on welfare workers in local children's centers and used a total of 248 completed survey sheets for analysis. The data analysis uses SPSS 25.0. The results of this study were shown as follows: First, it was verified that the higher the self-emotional awareness, control and utilization of welfare workers in local children's center, the the higher their job performance was Second, the parent stress of the welfare worker welfare workers revealed that it mediates between self-emotional awareness, emotional utilization, and job performance, which are sub-factors of emotional intelligence. Based on the study results as shown above this study discussed and implicated in improving the job performance of welfare workers in local children's center.

본 연구는 지역아동센터에 종사하는 생활복지사를 대상으로 그들이 인지하는 자기감성인식, 타인감성인식, 감성활용, 자기감성조절 등으로 구성된 감성지능이 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 스트레스가 그 들 간을 매개하는지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 지역아동센터에 종사하는 생활 복지사들을 대상으로 설문작업을 실시하여 최종적으로 248부를 분석에 활용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0을 사 용하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 자기감성인식이 높을수록, 타 인감성인식이 높을수록, 자기감성조절이 높을수록, 감성활용이 높을수록 생활복지사의 직무성과가 높음을 검증 하였다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 학부모스트레스는 감성지능의 하위요인인 자기감성인식, 감성활용과 직무성과 간을 매개함을 밝혔다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로, 본 연구는 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 직무성과를 높이기 위한 논의와 함의를 담았다.
