The World Peace and Unified Family Federation has produced the largest number of multicultural families among single social and religious organizations in Korea for over 30 years. This thesis examines the factors affecting school maladjustment for adolescents from multicultural families belonging to the World Peace and Unification Families, focusing on positive psychological capital, social support, and social capital, and improves learning mentoring at the NGO Wonmo Pyeongae Scholarship Institute. I would like to search around the plan. The increase in multicultural students is a predicted phenomenon, but the educational environment they face is relatively poor. Looking at the research results, the results of investigating the effects on school maladjustment are as follows. First, the higher the optimism and hope in positive psychological capital, the lower the school maladjustment. Second, as a result of examining the effect of social support on school maladjustment, the higher the support of teachers and friends among social support, the lower the school maladjustment. As a result of the study, it was found that among social support such as parent support, teacher support, and friend support, teacher support and friend support had a significant negative effect on school maladjustment. Third, as a result of examining the effect of social capital on school maladjustment, the higher the experience of social capital trust, norms, networks, and social discrimination, the lower the school maladjustment. To this end, it is time for the World Peace and Unification Family Federation to hurry to develop and support policy for learning support. This study can be used as basic data for program design to support sound and desirable school life adaptation by analyzing the factors affecting the school life maladjustment of adolescents. Based on this, this study aims to provide policy implications for educational intervention and action plans for the prevention of school maladjustment of adolescents.

세계평화통일가정연합은 30년 이상 한국의 단일 사회·종교단체 중에서 가장 많 은 다문화가정을 배출해왔다. 본 논문은 세계평화통일가정연합 소속 다문화가정 청 소년을 대상으로 학교 부적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 긍정심리자본, 사회적지지, 사회적자본을 중심으로 살펴보고 그 대응방안을 NGO원모평애장학원의 학습멘토링 개선방안을 중심으로 모색하고자 한다. 다문화 학생증가는 예견된 현상이지만 이들 이 처한 교육환경은 상대적으로 열악한 편이다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 학교 부적응 에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본에서 낙관주의와 희망이 높을수록 학교 부적응이 낮아지는 결과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 사회적 지지가 학 교 부적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 지지 중 교사의 지지와 친구의 지 지가 높을수록 학교 부적응이 낮아지는 결과를 나타냈다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 사 회적 지지인 부모지지, 교사지지, 친구지지 중 교사지지와 친구지지는 학교 부적응 과 유의미한 부적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났는데 이는 사회적 지지 중 교사지지와 친구지지가 높을수록 학교 부적응이 낮아짐을 의미한다. 셋째, 사회적 자본이 학교 부적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 자본의 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크, 사회적 차별 경험이 높을수록 학교 부적응이 낮아지는 결과를 나타냈다. 이를 위해 세계평 화통일가정연합이 학습지원에 대한 정책적 개발과 지원에 서둘러 이루어져야 할 시 점이다. 이 연구는 청소년의 학교생활 부적응에 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써 건전 하고 바람직한 학교생활 적응을 지원하기 위한 프로그램 설계의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 이를 근거로 이 연구는 청소년의 학교 부적응 예방을 위한 교육적 개입 및 실천방안을 위한 정책 함의를 제공하고자 한다.
