This study began with a concern to explore strategic means to effectively conduct writing classes in online lectures for undergraduate students. To this end, the online writing lecture cases were presented focusing on strategies to enhance the teaching presence, centering around the operation cases of the subjects and , which are courses dedicated to foreign students at K University. Strategies that enhance the teaching presence in online lectures are useful ways to enhance learners’ academic performance through smooth communication between teachers and students. In this paper, the actual teaching strategies implemented by the writer were introduced by dividing them into; making the lecture platform environment and lecture materials, presenting the role and sense of existence of teacher, and forming of the learner relationship. The results of the learners’ satisfaction were analyzed to prove their effectiveness. Also, means to improve derived from sharing the cases of online lecture operation was suggested, while trying to contribute to improving the quality of effective university writing online lectures giving consideration to the characteristics of undergraduate students and the online educational environment in the future.

본 연구는 학부 유학생들을 대상으로 진행되는 온라인 강의에서 글쓰기 수업을 효과적으로 진행하기 위해 전략적인 방법을 모색하기 위한 고민에 서 출발하였다. 이를 위해 K대학교의 외국인 유학생 전용 글쓰기 강좌인 < 글쓰기2>와 <성찰과 표현> 교과목 운영 사례를 중심으로 교수실재감을 높 일 수 있는 전략들에 초점을 맞춰 글쓰기 온라인 강의 사례를 제시하였다. 온라인 강의에서 교수실재감을 높이는 전략들은 교사와 학생 간 원활한 의 사소통을 통해 원활한 상호작용을 이끌며, 학습자의 학업 성취도를 높일 수 있는 유용한 방법이 된다. 본고에서는 강의 플랫폼 환경과 강의 자료 만들기, 교사의 역할과 존재감 나타내기, 학습자 관계 형성하기로 나누어 연구자가 실행한 교수학습 전략들을 소개하고 학습자들의 만족도 결과를 분석하여 효 과성을 입증하고자 하였다. 온라인 강의 운영 사례 공유를 통해 도출한 개선 방안을 제안하였으며, 향후 유학생의 특성과 온라인 교육 환경을 고려한 효 과적인 대학 글쓰기 온라인 강의의 질을 향상하는데 기여하고자 하였다.
