This study set out to investigate teaching and learning plans for the appreciation domain of music under the current situation in which online lessons were inevitable as schools were forced to go online due to Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). For this purpose, the study first examined online lessons, flipped learning, and the appreciation domain of music and proposed teaching and learning plans for the domain in online lessons by applying the teaching and learning method of flipped learning for an online curriculum. Online lessons are not just a simple medium of learning, but a teaching and learning instrument to know the limits of education online, make the best use of their advantages, and induce beneficial lessons through the application of new teaching and learning methods. An independent learner-centric environment should be provided in which teachers make an attempt to use various teaching and learning methods fit for the online environment, and students should make inquiries into musical knowledge by using media and engaging in appreciation activities in various ways so that learning experiences for the appreciation domain can be offered in a limited online environment in music, which currently does not exist. This process will provide learners with significant experiences, and at the same time, it will promote their competence as future talents.

이 연구는 신종코로나바이러스감염증(이하 코로나19)에 의해 실시된 온라인 개학으로 인해 온라인 수업이 불가피한 상황에서의 음악과 감상영역에 대한 교수·학습 방안에 대해 탐색하 고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저, 온라인 수업과 플립러닝, 그리고 음악과 감상영역에 대해 살펴보 았으며, 온라인 수업을 위한 플립러닝의 교수·학습 방법을 적용하여 온라인 수업에서의 음악 과 감상영역을 위한 교수·학습 방안을 제시하였다. 온라인 수업은 단순히 학습 전달 매개체가 아닌 온라인 수업이 가지는 한계를 알고 이점을 최대한 활용하여 새로운 교수·학습 방법의 적 용을 통한 이로운 수업을 이끌 수 있는 교수·학습 도구이다. 특히 실재하지 않는 음악을 주제 로 온라인이라는 제한적인 환경에서 감상영역을 위한 학습경험이 되기 위해서는, 교수는 온라 인 환경에 적합한 다양한 교수·학습방법을 위한 접근을 시도하고 학습자는 매체를 활용하여 스스로 음악적 지식을 탐구하고 다양한 방법으로 감상활동을 할 수 있는 학습자 중심의 자기주 도적인 환경을 제공해주어야 한다. 이 과정에서 학습자들에게 유의미한 경험이 제공되고 동시 에 미래인재로의 역량 증진이 기대될 것으로 보인다.
