Hoping that Korean missionary work, which has entered the re-set period of missionary work, will reflect on the lack of the past and develop through more effective policies and strategies in the future through the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement of the 30 years of missionary work in Mongolia, this study intends to present several implications and measures which were obtained through Mongolian mission. To this end, this study was conducted with the four perspectives on missionary work presented by the book Perspectives on the World Christian Movement. As a result of the study, first found from the biblical perspective that the issue of the charismatic and humanistic faith mismatch of the Mongolian church was related to the missionary strategy that prioritizes external growth, and that a mission strategy was needed for the reform of the Bible worship centered on God's Words. Second, from the historical perspective through the history of Mongolian churches, it was possible to understand the rise and fall of the Mongolian church and the reason for its steep growth today, and the missionary potential and potential of the Mongolian church. Third, from the cultural perspective we looked at the positive and the negative aspects of Korean missionaries through the seven missionary characteristics of Jesus Christ and views of the Mongolian church. Fourth, from the strategic perspective we could see the value of the own Bible in native language and the strategic aspect of missionary work in the Bible translation of Asian missionaries centered on current Korean missionaries from the early days of Mongolian missionary work. In conclusion, we could see the reason why the Korean church should have Mongolia mission a vision for and be more patient and accelerated through the missionary values and possibilities of the Mongolian church as well as the implications gained from each perspective. Finally, 'The Worship Reform on Bible centered', 'Ministry on Internal growth centered', 'Incarnational Ministry', and 'Ministry of Bible Translation in the own language’ is presented as a future task for the development of Korean missions.

몽골선교 30년을 맞이하며 네 가지의 선교적 관점에서 몽골선교를 조명해 봄으로써 선교의 재도약(re-set)기에 들어선 한국선교가 과거의 부족함을 반성하고, 향후 더욱 효과적인 정책과 전략을 통해 발전하기를 소망하며, 본 연구는 몽골선교로부터 얻은 몇 가지 시사점과 방안들을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 퍼스펙티브스 책에서 제시하는 선교에 대한 4가지 관점으로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 첫째 성경적 관점에서는 몽골교회의 카리스마적이고 인본주의적인 신행불일치의 문제가 외적 성장을 우선하는 선교전략과 관련이 있다는 것과 말씀 중심의 성경적 예배 개혁을 위한 선교전략이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 역사적 관점에서는 몽골 교회사를 통해서 몽골교회의 흥망성쇠(興亡盛衰)와 오늘날 가파른 성장의 이유를 알 수 있었으며, 몽골교회가 지닌 선교적 잠재력과 가능성을 볼 수 있었다. 셋째, 문화적 관점에서는 예수 그리스도의 7가지 선교적 특징과 몽골교회의 관점을 통해 한인 선교사들의 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면을 살펴보았다. 넷째, 전략적 관점에서는 몽골선교 초창기의 서구권 선교사로부터 현재의 한국 선교사들을 중심으로 하는 아시아권 선교사들의 성경번역사역을 통해 전해진 자국어 성경의 가치와 성경 번역의 선교 전략적 측면을 볼 수 있었다. 결론에서는 한국교회가 몽골선교에 비전을 품고 더욱 인내하며 박차를 가해야 하는 이유를 몽골교회가 가진 선교적 가치와 가능성과 함께 각 관점으로부터 얻은 시사점을 통해 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 ‘성경적 예배 개혁’, ‘내적 성장 중심의 사역’,‘성육신의 사역’, ‘자국어 성경번역사역’을 한국선교의 발전을 위한 미래과제로써 제시하였다.
