The purpose of this study was to investigate the importance and satisfaction of servicescape of rock bowling alley utilizing the Importance-Performance Analysis. First of all, the sample was selected from university students who have experienced a rock bowling alley. 270 questionnaires distributed and totally 255 were selected as final valid sample by removing 15 questionnaires. The data was examined through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis paired t-test and IPA using SPSS 25.0. The results were as follows. First of all, Ⅰ quadrant was revealed as joys of bowling alley facilities. Secondly, Ⅱ quadrant was revealed as interior of the rock bowling alley, color of the indoor facilities, convenience of the waiting facilities, convenience of the reception, cleanliness of the toilet, cleanliness of the bowling alley, cleanliness of the place of meal, cleanliness of the rest area, appropriateness of the indoor temperature, appropriateness of indoor humidity, comfort of indoor ventilation. Thirdly, Ⅲ quadrant was revealed as adequacy of the props of the rock bowling alley and convenience of using the parking facilities. Lastly, Ⅳ was revealed as attractiveness of rock bowling alley facilities, placement of bowling ball or facilities, appropriateness of the location, appropriateness of the size, convenience of using rock bowling alley food.

본 연구는 IPA기법을 활용하여 대학생들이 지각하는 락볼링장의 서비스스케이프에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 분 석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 조사 도구로 설문지를 활용하였고, 서울 및 수도권에 소재한 대학생 중 락볼링장을 경험한 이들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 총 270명 중 15개의 설문을 제외한 255개의 유효표본이 최종 분석에 활용되 었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0을 통해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 대응표본 t-test 및 IPA기법이 활용되었 고, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. Ⅰ사분면에는 락볼링장 시설물들이 주는 즐거움이 포함되었다. Ⅱ사분면의 경우 락볼링장의 실내 인테리어, 락볼링장 실내 시설물의 색채, 락볼링장 대기시설의 편의성, 락볼링장 접수 및 상담의 편의성, 락볼링장의 화장실 시설의 청결성, 락볼링장 볼링시설의 청결성, 락볼링장 먹거리를 먹는 장소의 청결성, 락볼링장 휴게시설의 청결 성, 락볼링장 실내온도의 적절성, 락볼링장 실내 습도의 의 적절성, 락볼링장 실내 환기의 쾌적성이 분포되었다. Ⅲ사분면 에서는 락볼링장 소품 비치의 적절성과 락볼링장 주차시설 이용의 편의성이 포함되었고, Ⅳ사분면의 경우 락볼링장 시설 물의 매력성, 락볼링장 볼링공이나 시설물에 대한 배치, 락볼링장 시설 공간 위치의 적절성, 락볼링장 공간 규모의 적절성, 락볼링장 먹거리 이용의 편의성이 속하는 것으로 나타났다.
