The purpose of this study tried to investigate the effectiveness of teacher training programs for vocational key competencies on the pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) of teachers at specialized high schools. This study is designed as courses to enhance the PCK related to vocational key competencies. For this purpose, 76 teachers in each subject(Korean, English, and Mathematics) at specialized high schools who participated in the training program were targeted and compared their PCK that changed through the training program. The findings were as follows. First, the PCK of teachers at specialized high schools who participated in training programs improved overall. Second, the pre and post-test results according to teachers’careers and educational experience with teaching methods showed that the PCK of teachers improved in all sub-areas after training. Third, the PCK of teachers in each subject improved. This study verified that this teaching training program was effectively enhanced the PCK of teachers at specialized high schools. It will prove as a positive example of developing and implementing teacher training courses for vocational key competencies.

이 연구는 직업기초능력 지도 연수 프로그램에 참여한 특성화고등학교 교사들의 직업기초능력을 위한 내용교수지식의 변화를 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 본 연수는 직업기초능력 지도를 위한 내용교수지식을 강화하기 위한 과정으로 고안하였고, 연수에 참여한 76명의 특성화고등학교 교사들을 대상으로 연수 프 로그램을 통해 변화된 내용교수지식을 비교하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연수 프로그램을 통해 특성화고등학교 교사의 내용교수지식이 모두 향상되었다. 둘째, 교육 경력과 교수법 사용 여부에 따 라 사전․사후의 차이를 비교한 결과, 연수 후 교사들의 내용교수지식이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교 과별(국어, 영어, 수학) 교사들의 내용교수지식이 모두 향상되었다. 본 연구를 통해 직업기초능력 지도를 위한 연수가 특성화고등학교 교원들의 내용교수지식 향상에 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌고, 추후 직업기초능력 지도를 위한 연수 과정 개발 및 운영을 위한 긍정적인 사례로 제공될 것이다.
