The cultural value of Vietnam is characterized by high power distance, collectivism, and low uncertainty avoidance according to Hofstede's cultural value dimension. It also shows the characteristics of the high context culture presented by Hall. The high power distance appears in the form of emphasis on titles and authority, and collectivistic culture puts the priority on human relations in communication and people follow group opinions rather than individual opinions in it. The low uncertainty avoidance tends to make communication inaccurate. The characteristics of Vietnam's high-context culture bring a form of implicit communication according to the situation and atmosphere rather than specific words.
