The purpose of this study was to analyze the status of disabled enterprise, find the success factors of disabled enterprise, and present support measures for them. To achieve this research objective, a survey was conducted on the disabled registered with the disabled enterprise business center from August 13 to 23, 2019. Methods such as technical statistics, cross-analysis, t-test and logistic regression were utilized for data analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, disabled enterprises are usually conducted in areas such as manufacturing, wholesale, retail and service industries, where they have experience in related fields and are often started with a short preparation period and small investments. Second, the success factors of disabled enterprise showed ①completion of the start-up education, ② experience in related professions, ③duration for start-up preparation, and ④grade of the disability have significant effects. Third, to promote the disabled enterprises, diverse support such as start-up education, financing, and support for item discovery needs to be made. Based on the results of the research, the following points are proposed for future policy needs and follow-up studies. First, it is necessary to come up with measures to support pre-employment and post-startup for the disabled. Second, it is necessary to find a business item that reflects the characteristics of the disabled in order to maintain the start-up for the disabled. Third, efforts need to be made to enhance the level of satisfaction in the education for start-up with the disabled. Finally, follow-up research on disabled enterprises needs to be done on case studies of successful start-ups, omparative studies of disabled enterprise and general start-ups, and the effectiveness analysis of start-ups education, etc.

이 연구의 목적은 장애인 창업 기업의 실태를 분석하고, 장애인 창업 기업의 성공적인 창업을 위한 요인을 규명하며, 이를 위한 지원 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위 하여 창업에 관심이 있는 장애인과 등록 장애인 기업을 대상으로 2019년 8월 13일부터 23일까 지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료 분석을 위해 기술통계, t 검증, 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 창업은 제조업, 도·소매업 및 서비스업 등의 분야를 중심으로 관련분야 종사경험 및 창업경험이 있는 경우 주로 이루어지며, 짧은 창업 준비기간과 소규모 투자금으로 창업하는 경우가 많았다. 둘째, 장애인 창업 성공요인 분석 결과, ①창업교육 이수 여부, ②관련 직업 종사 경험, ③창업 소요기간, ④장애등급 등의 요인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인 창업을 촉진하기 위해서는 창업 교육, 자금조달, 아이템 발굴 지원 등의 다양한 지원이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 연구결과를 토대 로 향후 정책적으로 필요한 사항 및 후속연구를 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인을 위한 선 취업-후창업 지원대책을 마련할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 장애인 창업 유지를 위해 장애인의 특성을 반영한 사업아이템 발굴이 필요하다. 셋째, 장애인 창업교육의 만족도를 제고하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 마지막으로 장애인 창업 관련 후속연구로 장애인 창업 등급 및 유형별 창업 성공사례 에 대한 사례연구, 장애인 창업과 일반 창업의 비교 연구, 장애인 창업에 미치는 창업교육의 효 과 등에 대한 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다.
