A study of purpose is identify and analyze The Effects of Major Selection Motivation of Students Majoring in Airline Service on their Major Satisfaction and Employment Preparation Behavior, to open better departmental education programs for students and to present efficient directions in the employment preparation process, which is a step for future career goals and preparation. In summary, the results of hypothesis testing in this study are as follows, First, it was found that the higher Major Selection Motivation of Airline Service Students, the more likely it was to affect the Major Satisfaction. It has been shown that personal motivations of Students Majoring in Airline Service have a significant impact on the satisfaction of their majors, but social motivations do not have a significant impact. The higher the degree of satisfaction with the major, the more likely it is to affect job preparation behavior, and the less significant impact on full-scale job preparation actions. The implications of this study were intended to use the motivation for majors in college entrance exams so that students can live a smooth college life and achieve their desired jobs after admission.
