Through interviews and media sources, the study draws on the need and meaning of daycare center operations and the performance of daycare teachers, and aims to conclude the following. First, there is a need for daycare centers to cope with stress relief for day care teachers. In order to prevent problems from occurring in the context of childcare, the government needs to deal with them by providing movie tickets for cultural life and concert tickets. Second, it is necessary to teach parents how to deal with child care teachers. The most stress of day care teachers was shown by their relationship with their parents. Therefore, it is considered a good way to relieve stress by operating daycare centers and creating and operating programs to build trust between parents, such as open special lectures for parents. Third, day care teachers at daycare centers are stressed out by conflict with their principals, and stress with their fellow teachers is relatively low. Fourth, it was found that the stronger the sense of mission and professionalism of child care teachers, the more familiar they were with acting, and the brighter their facial expressions and friendly acts were on their bodies. Fifth, parents should basically trust daycare centers. The behavior of some daycare centers appearing in the media should not be too hatching. Sixth, parents also need to act when dealing with child care teachers. Parents can't always be happy, but even on bad days, they need bright-faced acting when dealing with child care teachers.

이 연구는 보육교사와 학부모에 대한 인터뷰와 매스컴의 자료들을 통해 보육교사의 스트레스와 연기 의 의미를 도출한 것으로 다음과 같은 결론을 내리고자 한다. 첫째, 보육교사들의 스트레스 해소를 위한 어린이집의 대처방안이 필요하다. 보육의 상황에서 문제발생을 사전에 예방하는 차원에서 보육교사들의 스트레스 해소를 위한 문화생활 지원 즉, 영화관람권, 콘서트 입장권 등의 제공으로 대처할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 학부모들이 보육교사를 대하는 부모교육이 필요하다. 보육교사들의 가장 많은 스트레스는 학부모 와의 관계형성으로 나타났다. 따라서 어린이집에서는 학부모들을 대상으로 하는 공개특강과 같이 어린 이집 운영과 학부모간의 신뢰형성을 위한 프로그램을 만들어서 운영하는 것도 학부모로 인한 스트레스 를 줄이는 좋은 방법이라고 사료된다. 셋째, 어린이집에서 보육교사들은 원장과의 갈등으로 인해 스트레 스를 받으며, 동료교사들과의 스트레스는 상대적으로 적은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육교사들의 영유아 돌봄은 사명감과 직업관이 강할수록 연기 활동에 익숙하며, 또 밝은 표정과 친근한 행동이 몸에 배여 있 음을 알 수 있었다. 다섯째, 학부모는 기본적으로 어린이집을 신뢰하여야 한다. 매스컴에 나타나는 일부 어린이집들의 행태에 대해 너무 부화뇌동하지 않아야 한다. 여섯째, 학부모도 보육교사를 대할 때 연기 가 필요하다. 학부모 또한 일상생활이 항상 즐거울 수는 없으며, 기분이 좋지 않는 날에도 보육교사를 대 할 때는 밝은 표정을 짓는 연기 활동이 필요하다. 이러한 현실적 상황에서 보육교사들이 받는 업무적 스 트레스와 대안에 대해 알아보고, 영유아들의 돌봄 과정에서 연기의 적용이 어떻게 이루어져야 하는가와 더불어 학부모의 어린이집에 대한 인식을 인터뷰를 통해 알아보는 것은 중요한 의미를 지닌다고 하겠다.
