The purpose of this study is to examine how the quality of education program influences on the learner's flow, and subsequently how it influences on the performance variables such as educational satisfaction and re-purchase intention of the similar program. We classified quality factor as independent variables into program contents quality and service quality. To prove the influence relationship, a structural model was developed to analyze how the learner's perception of quality affects the educational flow, and subsequently how it affects the performance variables. To verify the research model, we conducted a questionnaire survey to students who attended to the customized job training course at the professional education institutions. As a result of the questionnaire survey, both of the quality of education contents and service quality influenced learner's educational flow very positively. We found that the effect of educational flow to educational satisfaction was very strong, but not on re-purchase intention directly. We could prove the role of educational flow and satisfaction as mediating variables. The implications of this study are as follows: First, it is suggested that various strategies are needed to improve the quality of education services as well as the educational contents from the design stage of education programs in order to maximize the educational flow and interest of learners. In addition, we found that a variety of programs and learner support policies are needed to enhance learning flow and educational satisfaction in order to encourage students to participate in ongoing education program.

본 연구는 산학협력을 통한 기업맞춤형 인력양성에 있어서 교육프로그램의 품질이 학습자의 교육몰 입에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 교육몰입을 매개로 성과변수인 교육만족과 재수강의도에 어떤 영향을 미치 는가를 검증하였다. 연구수행을 위해 선행 독립요인인 품질변수를 교육내용 품질과 서비스품질로 나누 었다. 그리고 품질에 대한 학습자의 인식이 교육몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 이것이 성과변수인 학습 만족과 재수강의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위한 구조모형을 만들었다. 이를 검증하기 위 하여 산학협력을 통한 기업맞춤형 전문교육을 실시하는 기관에서 수강한 교육생들을 대상으로 설문조 사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 분석결과, 교육내용품질과 서비스품질은 학습자 교육몰입에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 그리고 학습자의 교육몰입이 재수강의도에 직접적인 영향을 주기보다는 교육만족을 통한 간접적 영향 관계가 매우 높게 나타났다. 연구결과, 학습자의 교육몰입을 극대화하기 위해서는 교육프로그램 설계 시부터 교육콘텐츠의 내용적 측면은 물론이며 교육서비스품질을 높이기 위한 다양한 전략이 필요하다 는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 수강생들의 지속적인 교육참여를 유도하기 위해서는 학습몰입과 교육만족을 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 수강생 지원책이 필요하다고 것을 발견하였다.
