The purpose of this study was to identify the importance placed on various ski resort related selection attributes factors according to different University students' types. To accomplish the purpose of this study, 450 University students from three randomly selected ski resorts were surveyed. The main findings obtained from this study were as followings; First, as a result of factor analysis on the ski resort's service quality of University students, five factors of main facility, accessary facility, accessability, promotions, and costs factors were derived. Second, the cost and main facility factors were perceived to be the most important factor in selecting a certain ski resort by ski resort visitors, followed by accessary facility. Third, there were significant differences in the selection attribute factors of ski resort's service quality in terms of gender, school years, types of participation, difference of ski and board skills, staying duration, and visiting frequency.

본 연구는 대학생 유형에 따른 스키리조트 서비스품질 선택속성요인을 규명하기 위하여 3개 스키리조트에서 대학 생 내장객 450명을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론 및 제언을 얻었다. 첫째, 스키리조트 서비스품질을 구성하고 있는 선택속성요인은 주시설, 부대시설, 접근성, 이용가격, 그리고 촉진활동요인 등 5개 하위 요인으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 대학생들의 스키리조트 선택시 중요하게 고려하는 선택속성요인은 이용가격, 주시설, 부대시설, 접근성, 그리고 촉진활동요인 등의 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 대학생 내장객의 유형, 즉 성별, 학년별, 스키 및 보드수준, 방문빈도, 참여종목, 그리고 체류기간에 따른 주시설, 이용가격, 접근성, 부대시설, 그리고 촉진활동요인 등 모든 스키리조트 선택속 성 하위요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생 소비자 특성이 고려된 시장세분화와 표적시 장 선정을 통하여 대학생 소비자의 필요와 욕구에 대응할 수 있는 다양한 마케팅 전략이 수립되어져야 한다는 것을 의미한 다 하겠다. 따라서 스키리조트 경영자는 다양한 대학생 소비자들을 유인하고 지속적으로 유지․발전시키기 위해서는 차별 화된 이용가격 정책과 주시설에 대한 철저한 관리와 보완 등이 먼저 선행되어져야 할 것으로 보인다.
