This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between parental attitude and work values perceived by elementary school students in multi-cultural families. For this purpose, 108 questionnaires were used for analysis, except for 16 questionnaires that were collected from 15 elementary schools in Y city, and 3 schools in A city. And 8 out of the abnormal surveys were removed, and only the final 100 surveys were used in this study. The results of multiple regression analysis are as follows to analyze the relationship between parental attitudes and job values of multi-cultural elementary students. First, the relationship between the four parental attitudes and originality was examined. As a result, there was no causal relationship satisfying the influence relationship at the significance level. To the next, the achievement-non achievement variables had a significant effect on satisfaction(β=.24, p<.01). When we look at the relationship with altruism, affection-hostility has a significant effect on altruism(β=.28, p<.05). Rational-irrational also had a significant effect(β=.28, p<.05). The achievementnonachievement and development were statistically correlated(β=.31, p<.05) and negatively correlated with rational–irrationality. In addition, the influence of independent variables on stability was not significant. Affection-hostility had a significant impact on the reward and had a relatively high impact(t=3.38, p=.00). As a result, this study found that parental attitude perceived by elementary school students had significant explanatory power within 10%, and The love of parents, desire for achievement can be involved in many aspects of their work values.

이 연구는 다문화가정 초등학생이 인식하는 부모의 양육태도와 직업가치관의 관계를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경기 Y시에 소재하는 S초등학교를 비롯한 15개 교와 A시의 A초등학교를 포함한 3개 교에 재학 중인 5∼6학년 다문화가정 초등학생으 로부터 부모의 동의하에 설문지 124부를 회수하였다. 이에 동의하지 않는 16부를 제외, 108부를 분석에 사용하였으며, 이상치 8부를 제거하고, 최종 100부만을 본 연구에 사용 하였다. 다문화 초등학생이 인식하는 4가지 부모의 양육태도(애정-적대, 자율-통제, 성 취-비성취, 합리-비합리)와 6가지 직업가치관 구성요인(독창성, 만족성, 이타성, 발전 성, 안정성, 대가성)과의 영향관계를 파악하기 위하여 중다회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 부모의 4가지 양육태도와 독창성과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 통계적으로 유의미 한 영향관계는 성립하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 만족성과의 관계를 살펴본 결 과, 성취-비성취 변인은 만족성에 유의한 영향을 주었다(β=.24, p＜.05). 이타성과의 관계를 살펴보았을 때, 애정-적대는 이타성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며(β=.28, p ＜.01), 합리-비합리 역시 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다(β=.28, p＜.05). 또 한 성취-비성취와 발전성은 정적 상관이(β=.31, p＜.05), 합리-비합리와는 오히려 부 적 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편 안정성에 대한 독립변인들의 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 대가성에 유의한 영향을 주는 독립변인은 애정-적대로 나타났으 며(t=3.38, p＜.01), 다른 변인들에 비하여 비교적 높은 설명력(β=.31)을 보여주었다. 결국 이 연구는 초등학생이 인식하는 부모의 양육태도가 직업가치관에 유의한 변인 으로서 10% 내·외의 설명력을 갖고 있으며, 부모가 자녀에게 애정을 갖고 대하는 것 과, 부모의 성취욕구가 자녀의 직업가치관 형성에 직접적으로 관여할 수 있다는 사실을 시사하고 있다.
