The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of strategic human resources development and to understand the trend of domestic strategic human resources development in Korea. In this study, the domestic researches collected through the literature survey were classified according to the contents of the research, the year of creation, the journal and the research organization. The results were analyzed to understand the domestic research trends. Based on this research, I focused on the research of strategic human resource development theory, activating research on organization outside the enterprise, and collaborating with other scholars.

이 연구의 목적은 전략적 인적자원개발의 연구 실태를 조사함으로써 해외의 전략적 인 적자원개발의 이론 발달 진행과 국내 전략적 인적자원개발의 동향을 파악하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 수집한 국내 연구들을 연구의 내용, 작성연도, 수록 학 술지, 연구 조직에 따라 분류한 뒤 그 결과를 분석함으로써 국내 연구 동향을 파악하였 다. 이를 토대로 국내연구를 위한 제언으로, 전략적 인적자원개발 이론 연구의 집중, 기 업 외의 조직에 대한 연구 활성화, 타 학문과 협업하여 연구를 도출하였다.
