This paper notes that in today's world characterized by digital nomads, we are all in the position of strangers or potential strangers, and in it we are asked to receive mutual hospitality but the unfamiliarity coming from differences is understood in terms of assimilation, exclusion, hatred, and so on. In this paper, we critically examine tolerance and hospitality as part of our efforts to accept strangers and differences. Even when tolerance or hospitality is accepted, the subject still has the personality of self-identity and arrogance by failing to fully deal with the issue of difference, and the author seeks to overcome this through the politics of inclusion. In particular, the paper examines “Tui-Ji-Ji-Ren(推,己及人)” "Chin-Chin(親親)," and Confucian methods that deal with hatred, while understanding that Confucian philosophy based on relational ethics can be a major theoretical framework for providing politics of inclusion. The paper seeks the politics of Confucian inclusion by following the Confucian philosophy, which manifests the connection-disconnection between the Subject and the Other from “Tui-Ji-Ji-Ren(推,己及人), the irony of recruiting the Other from the principle of Chin-Chin, and hatred from self-ethics.

본 논문은 디지털 노마드로 특징화되는 현대 사회에서 우리 모두는 이방인, 혹은 잠재 적 이방인의 위치에 놓여 있고 그 속에서 상호환대를 요청받지만, 다름이 주는 낯설음이 동화, 배제, 혐오 등의 차원에서 이해되고 있음에 주목한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황을 넘어서기 위한 방편으로 낯설음, 다름을 인정하는 노력의 일환인 관용, 환대를 비판적으로 검토한다. 관용이나 환대가 차이, 다름을 인정하는 속에 서도 차이의 문제를 온전히 다루지 못함으로써 주체의 자기동일성, 오만함의 성격을 여 전히 지니고 있음을 인식하고, 이를 포용의 정치학을 통해 넘어서고자 한다. 특히 논문에서는 관계윤리에 입각한 유가철학이 포용의 정치학을 마련하는 데 주요한 이론 기제가 될 수 있다고 이해하는 속에서 ‘추기급인’, ‘친친’ 그리고 혐오를 다루는 유교 적 방식 등을 검토한다. 추기급인에서 주체와 타자의 연결-분리를, 친친의 원리에서 타 자영입의 아이러니를, 혐오의 감정을 자기도덕심의 발로로 삼는 유가 철학의 내용을 따 라가면서 유교적 포용의 정치학을 모색한다.
