The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing donation’s sustainability of individual donators who have contributed to Not-for-profit organizations in Geoje city during the past year. To do this, we have conducted a hierarchial regression analysis, controlling the control variables the subject’s individuality(gender, presence or absence of a spouse, presence or absence of religion). As a result, organization responsibility and organization reliability affect significantly on the intention of donation continuity. It was confirmed that organization responsibility and organization reliability are important variables that positively influence intention of donation continuity.

본 연구는 거제시 관내 비영리기관에 최근 1년 간 기부경험이 있는 개인기부자들을 대상으로 기부지속의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하는데 목적으로 두고 있다. 이를 위해 기부지속의도에 영향을 미치는 기부자의 개인적 특성(성별, 배우자 유무, 종교 유무)을 통제변인으로 기부기관 신뢰와 기관반응을 독립변인으로 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 개인기부자의 기부지속의도에 기관 반응과 기부기관 신뢰가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타나 기부기관 반응과 기부기관 신뢰가 기부지속의도에 긍정적으로 영향을 주는 중요한 변인임을 입증하였다.
