Located in the Ring of Fire, has made Indonesia a frequent target for disaster. The government began to plan and organise initiatives on a more structured management of disaster involving multi stakeholder from government and outside to better prepare the nation for disaster. With the establishment of Presidential Instruction No. 3 year 2003, e-government initiatives in Indonesia started. However, currently the maturity level is averagely low. This research constructs a national egovernment architecture focusing in disaster management in a more holistic approach to the business of public services. The overall process is done by implementing combined methodologies of Federal Enterprise Architecture, operating model by Ross, and MAGENTA phases. By applying this architectural model, it is expected to bring a higher level of maturity of Indonesia’s e-government. Ultimately, the architectural model can be realised and utilised to serve as a way to increase the strength of Indonesian citizens in facing disaster by having a well-organised procedures, supported with effective IT applications and sufficient resources.
