In this paper, we studied about O2O services and business model for applying O2O into freight logistics market. We analyzed the domestic and global trends of the O2O business model and classified into four types based on the characteristics of O2O. In addition, in this paper we analyzed around 1,050,000 records of the freight logistics big data by performing preprocessing, data analysis and data visualization. We compared and analyzed weekly trends, and have shown four analyzed results based on cost, goods weight, order schedule, and order status. With this analysis study, we could provide an optimization of freight allocation and scheduling to make a better decision for O2O services.

O2O 비즈니스 모델을 물류 서비스 시장에 도입하여, 본 논문은 화물 분야의 O2O 비즈니스 모 델에 대하여 조사하였다. 최근 O2O 비즈니스 모델에 대한 국내·외 동향과 4가지 유형별 서비스의 특 성을 살펴보고 분류하여 O2O 비즈니스 모델의 추이를 조사하였다. 그리고 O2O 비즈니스 중 물류의 영역에서 화물 배차 1,050,000 개의 실 데이터를 추출하여, 전처리 과정, 데이터 분석, 데이터의 시각 화를 통해 데이터에 대한 분석 작업을 진행하였다. 요일 별 추이를 비교 분석을 진행하였으며, 운임 비용, 화물의 무게, 주문 그리고 주문 상태에 따라 분석한 결과를 도출하였다. 이 빅데이터 분석을 기 반으로 화물 배차의 최적화를 도모하였다.
