Divine command theory is one of classic arguments for foundations of moral conduct. The purpose of this paper is to propose a proper understanding and attitude to divine command theory as part of the establishment of religiosity linked to morality by delving into divine command theory with two lenses(reason and will). With a view to carrying out this purpose, I will argue divine command through genealogical research method: Socrates’ view, Ockham’s voluntarism, an imaginary dialogue between Kant and Kierkegaard about Abraham’s offering Isaac as a sacrifice(akedah). There exists a parallel between morality and religiosity. However, if divine command theory is reinterpreted based on God’s character (nature), there will be a balance between reason(morality) and will (religiosity)

신명령론은 도덕적으로 행위해야 하는 고전적인 논거 중 하나이다. 본 논문은 이성과 의지의 대립구도에서 신명령론을 계보학적으로 탐구함으로써 도덕성과 결부된 종교관 정립을 위해 신명령에 대한 올바른 이해와 태도를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 신명령에대한 소크라테스의 관점, 중세 스콜라철학의 지형에서 오캄의 신명령론에 대한 쟁점을 살펴보고자 한다. 신명령에 대한 고전적인 사례로서아브라함의 이삭 결박 사건(아케다)에 대한 칸트와 키에르케고르의관점은 도덕성과 종교성 간의 평행선을 노정하고 있다. 그러나 신의성품(본성)에 근거하여 신명령을 재해석할 경우, 도덕성과 종교성 사이에서 균형감을 지닐 수 있을 것으로 전망한다.
