In this study, the factors of decision making in the teacher 's lesson plan were found under the assumption that the teacher had his own classroom planning model in the context of school, classroom, and personal values. Based on Yinger' s lesson planning process model, The purpose of the lesson planning process model is to explore what it looks like. To do this, we analyzed the process of preparing the teaching plan for the last two years by selecting the researcher as the subject of research, and utilized Yinger 's lesson planning process model to lead the researcher' s lesson planning process model. The results of this study are as follows. First, the teacher 's interest, the level of understanding, the instruction of external (national level achievement standard / school / fellow teacher / And the usefulness of experience and knowledge. As a decision maker, I was able to create a model that reinterpreted the model of Yinger's lesson planning process model 2 ‘problem statement and solution stage'. I was able to model my lesson planning process. The above model has a circular shape that does not have order, direction, hierarchy.

본 연구에서는 교사가 경험하는 학교, 교실, 개인적 가치관의 맥락 안에서 자신만의 수업계 획 모형이 존재할 것이라는 가정 아래 교사의 수업 계획에서 나타나는 의사결정 요인들을 찾 아내고 Yinger의 수업계획 과정 모형을 바탕으로 교사의 수업계획 과정 모형은 어떤 모습인 지를 탐구하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구자를 연구대상으로 선정하여 지난 2년간의 수 업 지도안 작성 과정을 분석하였고, 연구자의 수업 계획 과정 모형을 이끌어 내기 위해 Yinger의 수업계획 과정 모형을 중심으로 활용하였다. 연구결과 연구자의 수업계획에서 나타나는 의사결정의 주된 요인으로는 학생의 흥미와 이 해 수준, 외부(국가수준 성취기준/학교/동료교사/수업모형)의 지침, 교사로서의 유능감, 통제가 능성, 교사의 경험과 지식의 유용성 등이었다. 이에 의사결정 요인으로 Yinger의 수업계획 과 정 모형 중 2단계 ‘문제 진술 및 해결 단계’의 모형을 재해석한 나의 모형을 만들 수 있었다. 나의 수업계획 과정을 모형으로 만들 수 있었다. 이상의 모형은 순서와 방향성, 위계를 갖고 있지 않는 순환적인 형태를 갖췄음을 알 수 있었다.
