The study was carried out on the purpose of how and what extend CEO Trust is to be associated with organizational performance in together with organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to analyze this hypothesis, it was collected the valid 205 data with various questionnaire through online and offline survey from employees who are currently working for 85 MNE subsidiaries and also has been performed empirical examination to set up a conceptual framework, SEM(Structural Equation Model) using statistical analysis method, which is implemented by IBM SPSS Ver. 19 and AMOS 19. This study could give business insight and implication when we enlarge our view to improve CEO trust including CEO and Owner risk in MNEs. Additionally, the general group policy issued by headquarter of MNEs could cover and link with improvement process of CEO trust further. Last but not least, the CEO trust shall be a primary competency for whom to be appointed as CEO in MNE subsidiary here in Korea.

본 연구는 한국에서 사업을 영위하는 다국적기업 자회사 CEO의 신뢰가 조직 구성원의 조직동일시와 조직의 효율성 증진에 기여하는 조직시민행동과 함께 조직성과에 어떤 영향 을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 국내 다국적기업 자회사에 근무 중인 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 205개의 응답 자료를 확보하였으며 이를 토대로 공변량구조모형 분석을 통하여 수립된 총 9개의 가설들을 실증적으로 검증한 결과 8개의 가설이 지지되는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구를 통해 첫째, 최근 회자되고 있는 오너리스크 관리를 긍정적인 측면의 최고경영자 신뢰 향상 노력으로 전환시킬 필요가 있다는 점, 둘째, 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 다국적기업 최고경영자 신뢰 향상을 위해 다국적기업 본사의 기본정책과 자회사의 정책을 연계해야 한다는 점, 마지막으로 최고경영자 신뢰가 다국적 기업 CEO가 갖추어야 할 우선역량(primary competency)이 될 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다.
