Korean youth employment rate indicators are showing the worst results. The youth unemployment accompanies social problem because they are economically active population. The purpose of this study is to give implication for improving 'A package of youth employment success', which gives synthetical and concrete program to young job seekers that shows increasing unemployment rate year by year through comparing its satisfaction level before and after the performance. As a result, men rather than women, capital area rather than rural area, college and below level students' satisfaction level showed statistically and meaningfully higher results. Secondly, intention to re-participate was meaningfully higher statistically in college & below level than in university & upper level. Third, regarding change before and after participating the program, men rather than women showed statistically meaningful improvement. Regionally, after participating 'A package of youth employment success', participants from capital area showed meaningful improvement in every item except relationship among social members. Academically, participants of college & below showed statistically meaningful improvement in every item except will to work. These results from 'A package of youth employment success' show that men, capital area, college & below level participants' satisfaction level is higher. Also, these results indirectly show that 'A package of youth employment success' programs are helpful to these categories of participants. Of course it can be interpreted that regional gap is due to number of operating institutes that are concentrated in capital area rather than its contents aspect. For future alternatives and implications, expanding operational institutes to run various programs which can provide non capital participants with qualified programs is essential. For fruitful settlement of the quality programs, it is necessary to offer various programs useful for both genders, university & upper level, and to consider participants' satisfaction level rather than mere enhancing quantitative participation. Especially, this study is greatly meaningful in identifying skyrocketing participants' satisfaction level, change gap between before and after participation, carelessly treated classes in current 'A package of youth employment success' programs.

한국 청년층들의 고용상태가 최악의 실업률 지표로 나타나고 있다. 청년층의 취업난은 경제활동인력 의 주축이라는 측면에서 사회문제를 동반하는 특징을 지니고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 매년 청 년층의 비중이 크게 증가하고 있는 고용노동부의 청년층 특화 취업지원 프로그램인 ‘청년취업성공패키 지’ 참여자들에 대한 종합적이고 구체적인 프로그램 참여전후 성과비교와 만족도 등을 조사, 분석하여 사업개선을 위한 대책안과 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 조사결과, 먼저 취업성공패키지에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 성별로는 남성, 지역별로는 수도권 그리 고 학력별로는 전문대졸 이하 참여자들이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 취업성공패키지 재참여 의향에서는 학력별로는 전문대졸 이하 참여자의 재참여 의향이 대졸이상 참여자 보다 통계적으 로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 취업성공패키지 프로그램 참여 전후 변화에 관해서 성별로는 남성 참여자가 취업성공패키지 참여이후 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며 지역별로는 수도 권 참여자가 사회구성원들과의 관계를 제외한 모든 항목에서 취업성공패키지 참여이후 통계적으로 유 의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 학력별로는 전문대졸 이하 참여자가 근로의욕 수준을 제외한 모든 항목에서 취업성공패키지 참여이후 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 취업성공패키지 사업에 참여하고 있는 청년층의 경우, 남성과 수도권 지역 그리고 전문대졸 이 하 참여자들의 만족도가 높다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 또한 이를 통하여 현재 진행되고 있는 취업성공 패키지 프로그램들이 이들 참여자들에게 보다 도움이 되고 있다는 사실을 간접적으로 확인해주는 대목 이다. 물론 지역적인 차이는 진행되는 프로그램의 내용적인 측면 보다는 이들 프로그램을 운영하는 전 문기관이 비수도권 지역 보다 수도권에 집중되어 있기 때문인 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 따라서 향후 대책안과 시사점은 취업성공패키지가 청년층의 양적인 참여 확대 보다는 내실 있는 질 적 정착을 위해 여성과 대졸 이상 참여자의 만족도를 제고시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 제공과 비수 도권 참여자들이 다양한 프로그램에 참여할 수 있는 운영기관의 확충이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 특히, 본 연구는 최근 급증하고 있는 취업성공패키지 청년층 참여자에 대한 만족도와 참여전후 변화정도를 파악하고 이를 참여자 특성별로 살펴보면서 현재 진행되고 있는 프로그램에서 상대적으로 소홀히 다루 고 있는 계층 까지도 확인했다는 측면에서 큰 의미를 지닌다.
