The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness for sociality enhancement of disabled children by conducting the group art therapy focused on play activities to 4 disabled children. The group art therapy program adopted on this study was 50 minutes weekly, total 12 sessions, and was conducted at group art therapy class room of counseling center of P university. The structure of the group art therapy program was 3 stages which are the introduction, the middle and the closing. As the procedure, expressing their feelings after the themed art activity session, and receiving feedbacks from other group members. The observation paper was used as a measuring tool. Data was analyzed by comparing evaluations which were conducted before and after of each session by the measuring tool, and progress of each session was analyzed qualitatively. On this study, the group art therapy focused on play activities appeared having positive effect on sociality enhancement of 4 disabled children. Through this results, the group art therapy focused on play activities can be concluded helping enhance sociality of disabled children.

본 연구에서는 장애아동 4명에게 놀이활동중심 집단미술치료를 실시하여, 장애아동의 사 회성 향상에 미치는 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 적용한 집단미술치료 프로그램 은 주 1회씩 회기 당 50분으로 총 12회기를 실시하였으며 연구 장소는 P대학 부설 상담원 집단미술치료실에서 실시하였다. 집단미술치료 프로그램은 구조적으로 크게 도입기, 중반기, 종결기의 3단계로 나누어 실시하였다. 실시절차는 주제에 따른 미술활동 회기 완료 후 자신 의 느낌을 표현하고 주위 집단원들이 돌아가면서 피드백을 하는 것으로 진행하였다. 측정도 구는 관찰기록지를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 측정도구를 통한 회기별 프로그램 실시 전과 후로 평가하여 비교분석을 하였으며 회기별 진전도를 질적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 놀 이활동중심 집단미술치료가 장애아동 4명의 사회성 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 결과를 통해 놀이활동중심 집단미술치료가 장애아동의 사회성 향상에 도움이 될 수 있다는 결론을 내릴 수 있다.
