This study aims to nine people on the effects of regular swimming exercise targeting middle-aged women on body composition, physical fitness and blood lipids. The subjects are swimming group (12 patients), group (12 people) to target a total of 24 people, group swimming three times a week, once 60 minutes were performed 12 weeks swimming exercise. Data processing means and standard deviations were calculated using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program, within-group pre-post is (paired t-test), between-group pre-post is (independent t-test) was analyzed. In the analysis of body composition and body fat percentage in this group it decreased my swimming group, intergroup differences in test results showed a statistically significant difference. The within-group differences in the strength verification results naeteumyeo flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in swimming group show statistically significant differences, between-group differences in test results showed a statistically significant difference only on flexibility. In addition, blood lipids within-group differences in test results was reduced from swimming group TC, TG is a significant, HDL-C increased significantly. On the other hand the verification result of the difference between the TC group, showed a statistically significant difference only on TG. A middle-aged woman's body composition, physical fitness and exercise to improve blood lipids for regular swimming is recommended after examining the above results
