This study aims to investigate the aspects of class criticism studies, and elucidate their tasks by collecting and analyzing previous research literature on class criticism in social studies of Korea. The analysis results of each category of research are as follows. First, theoretical studies on class criticism have been focused on the general concept and importance of class criticism rather than on the characteristics of the social studies class. Second, analytical studies and studies on application of class criticism mentioned it as enabled the categorization of criticism through the class criticism cases of teachers, and a way to enhance class specialty. Third, studies on method class criticism provided theory and practice about various perspectives of class criticism in social studies. Fourth, studies on writing class criticism provided readers with the method and perspective of critical writing in social studies. For the development of research on class criticism in social studies, various perspectives and expression methods that can express classes should be studied and provided rather than emphasizing the form of criticism and the policy.

본 연구는 사회과 수업비평과 관련한 연구물을 추적·분류·분석하여 사회과수업과 관련한 비평연 구의 양상을 탐색하고 앞으로의 과제를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 유형 및 관련한 분석결과는 다 음과 같다. 첫째, 수업비평 이론과 관련한 연구는 사회과수업과 관련된 논의보다는 일반적인 수업비평의 개념과 중요성을 중심으로 연구되었다. 이러한 수업비평의 개념과 방식을 사회과의 특성에 적합하도록 재 해석할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 수업비평 분석 및 활용과 관련한 연구는 사회과 수업비평 사례를 통하여 비평 의 유형을 확인하거나 전문성을 신장시키는 방안을 논의하였다. 보다 많은 수업비평 사례를 확보하여 비 평과 수업의 관계를 논의할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 수업비평 방법과 관련한 연구는 사회과 수업비평의 방식 을 다양한 비평 이론과 실제를 통하여 보여준다. 앞으로 이 연구를 사회과 수업비평과 담론에 응용할 필 요가 있다. 넷째, 수업비평 글쓰기와 관련한 연구는 사회과수업에 대한 특정 연구자의 체험을 토대로 시 도되고 있다. 사회과 수업비평과 관련한 연구의 발전을 위해서는 비평의 형식과 제도보다는 수업을 표현 하고 기술하는 다양한 방식의 비평이 확산될 필요가 있으며 특히 특정 연구자 중심의 비평에서 벗어나 수 업 전문가의 다양한 비평적 글쓰기가 연구·전개되어야 한다.
